As First Insight Corporation moves into its second decade of business, our energy remains 100% focused on optometry and ophthalmology EHR and practice management solutions. By concentrating on our customers’ needs and consistently looking forward, we continue to explore ways to improve the patient-doctor experience. This is ultimately what inspired us to start this journey many years ago.
New Brand Identity
Last year, we recognized we were at a turning point to drive First Insight further ahead, transforming the company into a better version of itself. Part of this metamorphosis has been to re-evaluate how we interact with customers, prospects and the industry. This has culminated into a new brand identity, modern logo and responsive website, which better reflects our maturity, vision, strong partnerships, customer loyalty, and continual progress.
We consider ourselves an extension of our customers’ practices and, equally important, we value our customers as an extension of our business. Our partnerships with our customers have made us stronger. The past few months, we listened to and solicited input from customers, industry partners, and our own employees to help move us forward and strengthen our bond.
